SANMA AT TAKUMI

This July, Takumi Japanese Restaurant is introducing one of the most prominent seasonal food representing autumn in Japanese cuisine. So enjoy throughout this month, as we offer Sanma Shioyaki and Sanma Misoyaki.

Takumi Japanese Restaurant at Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok has two highly recommended menus to offer which are specially made out from Sanma. Enjoy Sanma Shioyaki at THB 220 and Sanma Misoyaki at THB 220. So enjoy with our special menus throughout this July, as we offer other great new menus at the trendy Japanese Restaurant “Takumi”.

Also available daily is our ever-popular All-You-Can-Eat a-la-carte lunch and dinner buffet with over 80 varieties to choose from.

ตลอดเดือนกรกฎาคมนี้ ห้องอาหารญี่ปุ่นสไตล์โมเดิร์น “ทาคูมิ” โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ เชิญท่านมาลิ้มรสความสดของเนื้อปลาซันมะ ซึ่งเป็นที่รู้กันว่าปลานั้นเป็นแหล่งโปรตีนชั้นเยี่ยมและไม่มีไขมัน โดยเชฟคัดสรรแต่วัตถุดิบคุณภาพดี สด สะอาด มารังสรรค์เป็นเมนูขึ้นชื่อ ได้แก่ ปลาซันมะย่างเกลือ (Sanma Shioyaki) ปลาซันมะสดๆ เนื้อนุ่ม ละมุนลิ้น เอามาเผาเกลือ ได้กลิ่นหอมยั่วยวน ราคาพิเศษจานละ 220 บาท และอีกเมนูที่โดดเด่นไม่แพ้กัน ได้แก่ ปลาซันมะย่างซอสมิโซ (Sanma Misoyaki) นำปลามาหมักซอสมิโซให้เข้าเนื้อปรุงแต่งตามแบบฉบับญี่ปุ่น ราคาพิเศษจานละ 220 บาท พร้อมเสิร์ฟให้ลูกค้าได้อิ่มอร่อยเพื่อสุขภาพกับเมนูปลาสุดฮิตได้แล้ววันนี้
