Loong Foong, Swissôtel Le Concorde invited to enjoy the sweet allure of "Mango", the chef offers a wide selection of hot start with "Deep Fried Snow Fish with Mango Salsa" at THB 480++ per dish and "Mango Ice cream with Sticky Rice" at THB 150++ per dish. There is a feast once a year throughout the month of April only.

Enjoy with Deep Fried Snow Fish with Mango Salsa, snow fish fry soft enough to mash with crispy salad with mango. Fish well with flavors of sweet mango. Or is it the balmy summer with Mango Ice cream with Sticky Rice, to mind a large piece of mango with sticky rice, soft, fragrant pandan and mango ice cream with the color of golden delicious mango. All the flavor and soft taste. Available everyday both lunch and dinner.

เมนูพิเศษ “มะม่วง” รสเลิศรับซัมเมอร์ ที่ หล่งฟ่ง

ห้องอาหารจีนหล่งฟ่ง โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ เชิญชวนมาอิ่มอร่อยกับความหอมหวานเย้ายวนใจของ "มะม่วง" ที่เชฟขอนำเสนอหลากหลายเมนูคลายร้อน เริ่มต้นที่ "ปลาหิมะทอดราดยำมะม่วงสุก” ราคาจานละ 480++บาท ปลาหิมะเนื้อขาวนุ่มนำไปทอดให้พอกรอบคลุกเคล้าด้วยยำมะม่วงสุก เนื้อปลาเข้ากันได้ดีกับรสหวานซ่อนเปรี้ยวของมะม่วง หรือจะเป็นเมนูชื่นใจต้อนรับซัมเมอร์ด้วย "ไอศครีมมะม่วงกับข้าวเหนียวมูน” ราคาจานละ 150++บาท ถึงใจด้วยมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้ชิ้นใหญ่มาพร้อมกับข้าวเหนียวมูนใบเตยนุ่มหอมกรุ่น และไอศครีมมะม่วง จากสีสันเหลืองทองน่ารับประทานของมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้ รสชาตินุ่มละมุนทุกคำที่ชิม มีให้ลิ้มลองแค่ปีละครั้งตลอดเดือนเมษายนนี้เท่านั้น
