TANTALIZING, TASTY TAPAS

BANGKOK, March 2013 – Crossroads Bar at Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok has officially opened its doors and is offering an exclusive selection of tantalizing, tasty tapas with the goal to give diners “Different Flavours of the World”.

From Asian to European flavors of tapas, Crossroads Bar will take your taste buds on a tour to experience the different varieties. The tapas menu gracefully compliments the restaurants atmosphere which is fusion of both modern and elegant design.

The varieties of tapas include: Golden Crispy Cups filled with Ground Shrimp and Vegetables, Spicy Tuna Salad with Thai Herbs in Pastry Cones, Seared Scallop with Pomelo Salad, Marinated Grilled Slice Beef with Spring Vegetables and Sweet Chili Sauce, Smoked Salmon Rolled Kimchi with Soya, Sesame Dressing, Papaya Jelly with Crab Meat Remoulade, Goat Cheese, Parma ham and Melon Skewer with Balsamic Reduction and Foie Gars Terrine with Spicy Onion Jam and Rocket on French Baguette.

To welcome the new tapas menu, Crossroads Bar will be offering “Tapas Set of the Day” + a drink at THB 199 net or stop by during our happy hour (5.00 pm – 7.00 pm) and get another drink free from March 15 – May 15, 2013.
