YUMMY SEA BASS – LOONG FOONG

Loong Foong Chinese Restaurant, Swissôtel Le Concorde brings you the finest menu of Chinese fusion with Sea Bass. Come and join new style of cooking throughout this May.

Let’s try special sea bass menu served two styles such as “Deep fried Sea bass with Sweet and Spicy Sauce” cooked by amazing chef which in a hot pan until fried deep and add in spiced sauce at THB 690 and also “Steamed Sea bass with Ham Yunan” sea bass steamed also cooked with ham yunan on top with good taste flavored at THB 440. We guarantee delicious of two sea bass menus at Loong Foong.

ห้องอาหารจีนหล่งฟ่ง โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ ได้รังสรรค์เมนูใหม่ประกอบจาก “ปลากระพงขาว (Sea Bass)” ชั้นดีที่ให้ทั้งรสชาติและรสสัมผัสละมุนลิ้นชวนลิ้มลอง ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องความนุ่มอร่อย โดยจะนำปลากระพงขาวไปทอดในน้ำมันจนสุกแบบพอดี เพิ่มความหอมราดด้วยซอสกุ้ยหลินแบบฉบับจีนเป็น ปลากระพงขาวทอดราดซอสกุ้ยหลิน เพียงราคาจานละ 690 บาท หรือจะนำปลากระพงขาวไปนึ่งให้เนื้อปลาร้อนนุ่ม เพิ่มอรรถรสด้วยแฮมยูนานเป็น ปลากระพงขาวนึ่งแฮมยูนาน เพียงราคาจานละ 440 บาท เมนูปลากระพงขาวทั้ง 2 สไตล์นี้พร้อมเสิร์ฟร้อนหอมกรุ่นไม่แพ้กัน ตลอดเดือนพฤษภาคมนี้
