ฉลองต้อนรับตรุษจีน “ปีมังกรทอง”

Start the Year of the Dragon right by celebrating Chinese New Year with “Yee Sang” at Loong Foong, Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok

From 22 Jan 2012 to 06 Feb 2012, our celebrated Chinese restaurant invites you to celebrate Chinese New Year with “Yee Sang” an authentic, traditional Chinese New Year dish. This healthy fish salad, which is served only during Chinese New Year, includes thinly sliced fresh tuna, sea bass and salmon, along with shredded carrot and radish, pickled papaya and ginger, all mixed with our very own special seasoning. Cantonese believe that the higher the salad is tossed, the more prosperity we receive in the New Year. Our “Yee Sang” is almost guaranteed to bring fortune, wealth and health throughout the year. Prices start from Baht 188++ for a 1-person portion.
Our other special set menu items will include Stew Baby Abalone, Goose Feet, Fish Maw and Sea Moss with Supreme Sauce, Double Boiled Lotus Root, Sea Moss, Dried Oyster Soup, Wok-Fried River Prawn with Spring Onion, Steamed Snow Fish with Sour Plum Sauce, Braised Pork Shoulder & Sea Moss with Chinese wine Brown Sauce, and Fortune Glutinous Rice Pudding.
Apart from the festive menu, diners can also choose from our dim sum A La Cart buffet, which includes more than 100 dishes. Price is at Baht 539++ per person. Loong Foong Chinese Restaurant is open daily for Lunch, from 11.30 am - 2.30 pm and Dinner from 6.00 pm - 10.30 pm.
