Start your meal with German Potato Salad, Homemade Liver Sausage (Leberwust), “Zwiebel Kuchen” German Onion and Sour Cream Quiche, and Herring with Apple Mustard sauce and German Black Bread. Continue with main course such as Pork Knuckle with German Potato Salad Schupfnudeln in Sage Butter, Smoked Pork Loin with Sauerkraut and Sauer Cream, Veal Sausage (Weisswurst) with Pretzel and Sweet Mustard and also BBQ menu such as Assorted Sausages.
