บริการฟรี wifi สำหรับลูกค้าของโรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ

โรงแรมสวิสโฮเต็ล เลอ คองคอร์ด กรุงเทพฯ ขอนำเสนอบริการ ฟรี wifi แบบไม่จำกัดที่เปิดให้บริการสำหรับลูกค้าห้องพักของโรงแรม ซึ่งมีบริการฟรีสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตคลอบคลุมในทุกห้องพัก ตลอดเวลาของการพักผ่อนท่านจะได้รับการบริการอินเตอร์เน็ตที่ได้มาตรฐาน พร้อมที่จะตอบสนองทุกความต้องการของท่านและครอบครัว
สำหรับบริการ ฟรี อินเตอร์เน็ต (Wifi) ในส่วนของลูกค้าห้องพัก ทางโรงแรมติดตั้งระบบ Wifi พร้อมบริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งมีจุดเด่นอยู่ที่สัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตแรงชัดด้วยความเร็วอินเตอร์เน็ตถึง 20 MBps พร้อมกันกับบริการดีๆ ฟรี อินเตอร์เน็ตที่ทางโรงแรมมอบบริการให้แก่ลูกค้านี้ มร.มาเซล ซอเยร์ ผู้จัดการทั่วไปของโรงแรมกล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า ทางโรงแรมยังได้ทำการเปลี่ยนทีวีในห้องพักบนชั้น Club Floor ให้เป็นแบบ Flat Screen LCD ขนาด 40 นิ้วทั้งหมด เพื่อรักษาระดับบริการดีๆ และพัฒนาบริการอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้ลูกค้าคนพิเศษได้รับความสะดวกสบายในการติดต่อธุรกิจและดำเนินกิจกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

As part of its refurbishment and upgrading project, Swissôtel Le Concorde Bangkok, is offering guests complimentary Wi-Fi internet service plus additional of 70 TV Channel Selections as of 1 June 2012.
The network coverage will be extended to all the guest rooms and suites for guests staying at the hotel.
“The in-room free Wi-Fi Internet service is now fully up and running in response to the industry trend and guests’ expectations. We believe there is a need to ensure both the business and leisure travellers are able to stay connected through the Wi-Fi internet service during their trips,” said Mr Marcel Sawyere, General Manager. “Waiving in-room internet fees could have an immediate effect in a surge in guest experience and satisfaction levels, and ensure good traveller satisfaction. We are also replacing a new 40 inches LCD TV in all Club Floor rooms”
