LEARN THE SECRETS OF COOKING WITH THE QUEEN OF VEGETABLES

Join a fun cooking class on Saturday, May 12 with Executive Chef Joachim Kreisel and his team. At this class you will learn the secrets of cooking three delicious dishes with Seasonal White Asparagus, the Queen of Vegetables. You will also enjoy a buffet lunch at Taste, and receive a recipe booklet and a certificate.

Have fun with our chefs while they share their tasty recipes for:

• white asparagus and rucola salad with Spanish Iberico ham and shaved Grana Padano cheese
• white asparagus velouté soup with chestnut balsam
• white asparagus, classic hollandaise sauce, grillades selection of snow fish, salmon, king prawns and beef tenderloin
