Job Description: | - Leads and Manages F&B team
- Ensures guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining market awareness - Manages financial objectives and cost control - Ensure all food related items are offer in highest standard - Maintain Cleanliness and hygiene - Respect the food health and safety standards and procedures - Adapt work volume of guests, to special events and particular guests - Manage inventories and order for food products -- Respect and apply Safety Guidelines and HACCP regulations - Respect a tight waste control |
Qualifications: | - At least 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills - Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations - International hotel chain - Languages essential: Fluent in Thai and English (Working level) - Excellent leadership skills - Proactive approach - Analytical tools and detail oriented - Hygiene principles knowledge - Hands on and team leader - Computer Skills required |
