·         จองโปรโมชั่นล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย สาม (3) วันก่อนเข้าพัก ลูกค้าสามารถจองโปรโมชั่นนี้จนถึง 31 มีนาคม 2555 สำหรับเข้าพักได้ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2555 ที่โรงแรมฮิลตันในประเทศไทยและโรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือฮิลตัน เวิลด์ไวด์ที่ร่วมรายการ
·         โปรโมชั่นขึ้นอยู่กับห้องว่าง ณ โรงแรมที่ร่วมรายการ ต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเต็มจำนวนล่วงหน้าและไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้
·         ส่วนลด 20% ดังกล่าวได้จากราคาที่ดีที่สุด ณ ช่วงเวลานั้น ๆ (Best Available Rate) และราคารวมทั้งหมดของอาหารและเครื่องดื่มจากร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วมรายการนี้ในโรงแรมนั้น ๆ
·         โปรโมชั่นนี้สามารถใช้ได้กับการจองห้องพักใหม่เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้กับการจองเดิมและการจองแบบกลุ่มและไม่สามารถใช้้ร่่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ หรือ ส่่วนลดอื่น ๆ ได้้
